When our clients need to make changes to their accounts or schedule a meeting, Tiffany L. Grinder, our Director of Client Services, is the person who handles their requests.

January 2025 marks Tiffany's tenth year with White Oak. With over 17 years of customer service experience, Tiffany's professional demeanor and organizational skills make her an essential member of the White Oak team. We recently sat down with her for a conversation about her role and responsibilities, as well as some of her interests and her life outside work. 

Customer Service Tailored for Every White Oak Client

Tiffany—whose first job was serving up ice cream in her hometown of Allegany, NY—handles all the needs and requests of White Oak's diverse client base. 

She shares, "My responsibilities include managing a variety of operational tasks, maintaining direct client-facing interactions to foster strong relationships, and collaborating with compliance and marketing teams so all activities adhere to regulations and align with our strategic goals. 

"Additionally," she continues, "I play a key role in preparing for and executing successful events, further enhancing client engagement and satisfaction."

Tiffany is White Oak's point person for client onboarding, routine account maintenance, inquiries, and service updates. She works with White Oak's advisors to connect clients with the personnel and services they need. "I offer comprehensive guidance tailored to each client's unique financial needs, so they receive personalized and effective service."

With over 17 years of customer service experience, Tiffany has formed connections with clients from all walks of life. She considers it a privilege to work with such a diverse roster of account holders and says, "The best part of my job is working with so many wonderful people in our community and building relationships with clients that go beyond their financial well-being."

Tiffany is especially well-known for organizing the annual Thanksgiving pie giveaway, an open-house event in which clients get to know the White Oak team face-to-face—with the possibility of going home with a delicious dessert.

"Our Thanksgiving open house and giveaway event allows us to spend one-on-one time with each client, learning more about them, their families, and their interests," Tiffany says. "While we get to know our clients during the usual process, this event makes it more personal, providing more time to truly become friends."

Building a Forward-Looking Team

Ten years is a long time to spend doing anything. In an industry that's constantly changing, Tiffany's 10 years with White Oak demonstrates a real commitment to our dynamic and talented team.

"What made me want to join this firm was a desire for a change in my career path and the personable yet professional demeanor of Mike and Amy Nedreski," she says. "Interacting with them and observing how they guide like-minded individuals in our community toward their financial goals inspired me to become part of this team." 

She adds, "I knew this career change would be challenging yet rewarding, offering opportunities to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact on clients' financial well-being."

Life Beyond White Oak

In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys exploring new places—especially outside, where she bikes, hikes, and boats—and hopes to travel to Switzerland in the future. It was a dream come true for her to finally visit Iceland, a destination she recently crossed off her travel bucket list. She also enjoys physical activities like pickleball, sailing, and kayaking.

If she could only have one meal for the rest of her life, Tiffany would choose filet mignon, french fries, and a cookie dough Blizzard from Dairy Queen.

Michael Nedreski is managing partner at White Oak Wealth Partners, a specialized financial lifestyle and wealth management firm serving entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, and their families. Mike has 30-plus years of experience in the financial services industry and is committed to serving his clients through holistic financial planning, disciplined investment strategies, and proactive personal service. 

A native of Erie, Pennsylvania, Mike began his career in the financial services industry in 1988. He has earned the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation conferred by College for Financial Planning (188-LPL). Mike is also an active member of the Financial Services Institute (FSI) and Financial Planning Association (FPA).

When not working, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, and their children. He volunteers in his community and at his church and his children's schools. An outdoors enthusiast, Mike loves hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time near or on the water.
